Group Publishing grants you permission to use this software as set forth in these Terms of Use provided that (i) your use of this software is solely for personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of this software in any medium without Group Publishing’s prior written approval; (iii) you will not alter or modify any part of this software; and (iv) you will comply with all terms and conditions of these Terms of Use.

In order to access some features of this software, you will have to create an account. You cannot use another’s account without permission. When creating an account, you must provide complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs in your account, and you must keep your password secure. You must notify Group Publishing of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although Group Publishing and its affiliates will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Group Publishing and its affiliates due to such unauthorized use.

You agree not to use or launch any automated system that accesses this software in a manner that sends more request messages to the Publisher’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same time-period by using a conventional on-line Web browser. You furthermore agree not to (i) harvest any personally identifiable information from this software; (ii) use the communication systems provided by this software for any commercial solicitation purposes; and (iii) solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of this software with respect to their submitted information.

Group Publishing may terminate a user’s access for violation of these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
